Pool Day with Daddy

Today Mommy had to go to a friend's wedding shower so the day was spent with Daddy. Daddy wanted to go to the pool so he fixed up the wagon so Alivia could be shaded since it was a really hot day. Alivia was such a good girl. She slept for 3 hours in the wagon while daddy laid out in the sun at the pool. We just can't wait to put Alivia in the water soon. Hopefully the water will be warm enough in a few weeks and she can test the water! :)

First Time Eating Cereal

Today was Alivia's first time eating cereal. She wasn't too sure about it but I am sure she will get used to it and like it a little better every time she eats it. We will see! She made some pretty funny faces as she was eating. We can't wait to try vegetables and fruits in a few months! Alivia has her 4 month dr.'s appointment on Thursday and we can't wait to see how much she weighs because she is getting so big. She even has little chunky thighs now!! He, he!! :)

First Pool Day!

Today was Alivia's first day at the pool. The water was way too cold for her to swim but she enjoyed her stroller ride up to the pool and slept next to mommy and daddy in her stroller while they laid out! We were there for 2 hours and she had a nice little home under all the towels that we drapped over the stroller. We can't wait for the water to get warmer so we can see if she is going to be a swimmer. We will see!! We hope everyone had a great Memorial Day weekend. :)

Tummy Time

Alivia is such a big girl now. She LOVES playing on her tummy for a long time. The second we lay her down on the blanket she rolls all over the place. She is also scooting her legs underneath. Maybe we will have an earlier crawler...YIKES! We are having so much fun! :)

Big Girl Bath

Alivia is such a big girl now. She took her first bath in the big bath tub instead of the sink. She wasn't too sure about all the water but she loved it after a few minutes. She is also turning over like crazy and LOVES putting herself to sleep on her tummy. We even lay her down in bed awake and she falls asleep sleeping all through the night until 7:30 the next morning....YEH! See a few pictures below! :)

Grilling with Daddy and Grandma's Retirement Tea

Today we had a great time at grandma's retirement tea. Alivia was such a good girl and loved being passed around from person to person. When we got home she enjoyed grilling some steaks with daddy. She LOVES being outside and it was so...nice after the rain. Here are some pictures of her grilling with Ben and a picture from the retirement party.

Mother's Day

Today was the best day I could ever ask for. Ben and Alivia rolled in this morning in a cute little red wagon, a dozen red roses and breakfast in bed. The wagon is for Alivia and I to use at the pool this summer. I LOVE IT! So I enjoyed my breakfast in bed and off we went to visit Ben's mom for mother's day. We ended the day with dinner at my mom and dad's house and Alivia enjoyed spending time with all the mommies. Here are a couple pictures! We hope everyone had a fabulous Mother's Day. 3 Months Pictures

Today we went to portrait innovations and got Alivia's 3 month pictures taken. We got a ton of pictures for a great price. I even got all the pictures on a CD...yeh! Alivia was such a good girl while they were taking her pictures. She was even patient when we had to wait for a little bit in between photo shoots. Here are a few of the many pictures we got today!
